Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie

 

  • I cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3" cube of soft tofu
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries

Put yogurt, milk, banana, tofu, and Equal into blender and blend until smooth.
Add berries and blend again until smoothie consistency is reached.
