• 10 oz Frozen sliced strawberries -- thawed
• 4 c Milk
• 1 pt Strawberry ice cream
• 1 tsp Lemon rind -- grated

Combine all, one half at a time in blender on high, 1 min. (Or use a mixer).
Serve in tall glasses. Serves 8.
