- 3 nectarines, peeled and de-stoned
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- crushed ice
- 2 Tbsp grenadine
Place the nectarines and bananas into a blender along with the yogurt and whisk
it all together until it has a good consistency. Next, fill the glasses a quarte
r with crushed ice, and pour over the grenadine. Top the glass up the rest
of the way with the smoothie mixture, and enjoy. Serves 2 |
