Peachy Cooler Smoothie

 

  • 1 c Chilled peach nectar
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 Container (6 ounces) peach yogurt
  • Ground nutmeg

Place nectar, milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed
about 30 seconds or until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg. 2 servings
(about 1-1/4 cups each); 180 calories per serving.
